I loev the options!! this is great Christie, so creative! I think I once had a pineapple-upsidedown muffin, it was cute and very juicy. This rhubarb looks better, though, the sp in the batter must make this so moist and sweet. I love sp so much (yams a little less), I'm grilling them a lot lately, and just eat them like candy... all that buttery, sweet, delicious goodness. I love things two-ways!
