By the way, as someone who bought her college-age son a Staub Dutch oven--but herself  &quot;makes do&quot; with circa 1970 Revereware, I applaud your Dutch oven purchase.

I think it&#039;s a sign of healthy self-esteem. And I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll use it with pleasure every single day.</description>

		<description>MMMm.mm. This sounds tasty...I so would have tried to find the tart pan, too--in fact, I have my eye on one at Sur la Table...that I just WANT. And it&#039;s not even that expensive...

And if you are a sap, that is a good thing in this instance. (My own mom did things like parboil pork chops and THEN bake them for an hour. You know. To kill trichinosis...Although in spite of that, I do have memories of lots of experimental dining in my house...)</description>
